Refund Policy
Returns (30 Days)
- You have 30 days from delivery to request a return.
- Eligible items: non-personalized products, unused, in original packaging, with tags, and proof of purchase.
- Not eligible: personalized/custom items, sale items, gift cards, perishables, personal care items, hazardous/flammable goods.
How to Start
Email support@mapthenight.com. If approved, we’ll send a prepaid return label and instructions.
Packages sent back without approval won’t be accepted.
Damages & Issues
Check your order on arrival. If it’s defective, damaged, or incorrect, contact us immediately so we can make it right.
Exchanges
For the fastest swap: request a return, and once approved, place a new order for the item you want.
EU Customers (14-Day Cooling-Off)
If shipped to the EU, you may cancel/return within 14 days for any reason. Items must be unused, in original packaging, with proof of purchase.
Refunds
We’ll notify you after we receive and inspect your return. If approved, a refund to your original payment method is issued within 10 business days. Your bank/issuer may need extra time to post it.
If 15 business days pass after approval and you don’t see the refund, contact support@mapthenight.com.
